Just love this chair! Beautiful and comfortable!!This came a lot quicker than I had anticipated! The color and fabric are great and it was relatively easy to put together. When I first sat down in it, I was a bit concerned with how stiff the cushion was but honestly, after sitting back and resting, it feels so much better than any of the other chairs I had at home. As someone with chronic back pain, even just standing is hard sometimes and as I'm typing this, my lower back pain has actually eased up. I like the sides of the chair too because I had to constantly move around and sit with my legs in the chair some of the time.My only issue was the packaging. I know the seat itself is big so it needs a big box. Everything else was just thrown into the rest of the box. The tape was loose and because I live in a relatively rural area, the box and its contents were pretty dusty. Luckily, the seat comes wrapped in a mesh protective bag so I just had to brush off one edge.I absolutely love how this chair looks...so pretty! The upholstery is very well done and it doesn't look "cheap" as far as that part goes. There were corners cut, however, on other parts of the chair. For example, the bottom of the metal legs, where it faces the floor, is very rough and unfinished, and the "cover" for the hole where the post sticks into the wheel base is cheap plastic, not actually metal. Although this chair looks cushy and comfy, it absolutely is not! It is like sitting on a curved, hard board. I didn't even know they made foam that could be that hard! haha. I'm hoping it will loosen up over time. Also, it doesn't feel "tight" as far as how it is fit into the post. The seat wobbles a bit side to side, and front and back. It is not enough to hassle with return, but for sure not the quality I'd expect for $161 (after tax and shipping.) Oh, also, the arm rests are way too low. Might as well not even have arm rests. On the up side: It was packaged great...very strong, solid box and then wrapped in fabric. So, no blemishes on the chair from shipping. It was so easy to put together that I couldn't even believe it. Took me longer to unwrap it from the packaging than it did to put it together! Some people have complained about wheels being hard to push in...I didn't find this to be the case at all. They just snapped right in. The "lift" works great and it is easy to adjust the height. The wheels role easily. The swivel function is perfect. And, as I said in the beginning, it is SO gorgeous. I just hope the seat cushion loosens up.Love love loveI purchased the yellow chair and was a little worried that the color might be significantly different than shown, but it's exactly the same. It actually arrived two days ahead of schedule and went together easily in about 5 minutes. It's comfortable, sturdy, and moves easily with no squeaking. I wasn't expecting much out of a $75 chair, tbh. I like it so much I might get one in a different color for my other office.I wanted a good chair for the desk but also stylish. This has both, but it is not super sturdy. We assemble it right and that was easy but it kind of wobbles and makes weird noses when moving around in it. Not too bad to sit in, the seat was confrtable. This is a nice chair for the price! I see lots of swivel chairs at dept stores for $200-$300... This is velvet wrapped and well made. The assembly is easy , just the chair seat , wheel apparatus and raising bar. Instructions are 4 steps , however I learned the ORANGE CAP on the stem bar must remain. It confused me at first, but the bar just needs to be lubricated and twisted around a bit.Simple assembly for a gorgeous room addition!Good value for the price. Perfect color match and lovely fabric. The ease of assembly was fast. However, the silver decorative cap detail was left off in error due to a lack of mention in the instructions. The seat is hard not at all comfortable. I'm hoping it will soften up with wear.
