It's a great chair, comfortable and reasonably priced for an ergonomic office chair. I usually don't write reviews, but I also understand how purchasing an office chair can feel overwhelming with so many choices.I needed to replace the chair I'd purchased in 2020. At the time I'd not spent a lot of money, not sure if working remotely would be temporary or permanent. It lasted about as long as one might expect. I did quite a bit of research choosing a replacement. I'm always hesitant to purchase furniture without trying it out in person. This chair is worth the price, not on the higher end of what's available but definitely not cheap. I've had it for about three weeks and so far, it's perfect for the 8-10 hours I spend in it during the week.It arrived early, a great bonus. Assembly was quick, with easy-to-follow directions and all the tools and parts needed. (including some spare screws). I agree with others who mentioned that a spare set of hands would have helped, but I had no issue doing it myself. It's a sturdy chair with good lumbar support. The adjustability of that feature can accommodate different heights. (I'm around 5'4") Changing seat height or whether the back tilts or remains stationary are all easy to accomplish. The one minor caveat is the seat is leather, so in warm weather and shorts season, it's not ideal. I solved that by purchasing a cover (because of the way the chair fits together, I purchased one that covers both the seat and back because a seat cover by itself would not work). That has worked fine and I'm not sure whether I'll keep the cover on all year.Overall, it's a great chair at a good price. After reading many reviews I purchased this office chair for my husband. He works from home and needed a proper office chair. I wanted a comfortable chair since he sits for long periods of time working on the computer, attending conference calls. The chair also had to be good for his back. The first chair that was delivered had some minor flaws, the right arm would not stay in place and it made squeaky noises. We contacted customer service, and they promptly replaced the chair. After assembling the second chair, we found no problems, it was perfect. The customer service is excellent if you encounters a problem. They will help to resolve it. This chair delivered all the ergonomic functions we were hoping for. He is happy with the chair. I highly recommend it!The seat cushion is definitely solid. Though I wouldn't mind the material to have a bit more material for cushioning/ or an alternative material to the imitation leather this chair is made of.The base of the seat does also creak at times so that can be a bit annoying.Lastly the arm rests are also well built, but the cushion material feels too thin. If they could have had thicker and more resilient material for my elbows then Id absolutely have paid more for the chair regardless. These are just the things I think that hold this product back from be perfect for me.After calling Amazon to complain about USPS “non” delivery, they finally dropped it off. I opened the box and man was it packed in there tight! All in all, after unpacking, it took about 15 minutes to put together. Great instructions (which I didn’t use), lots of illustrations, easy to follow. Everyone said yes buy another 9 chairs, but they limited me to 1 chair! I had to go to another vendor and buy 10 others. Had the same problem with USPS, they wouldn’t deliver. I had to go pick it up, they should have used a different delivery service. Two bolts that attach the right arm assembly to the frame didn't fit snugly and left quite a lot of play in the joint. If might not have mattered after attaching the cushion but I don't like leaving "points of friction" with something as weight-bearing and mobile as a chair. Luckily I had 2 washers for each bolt that snugged them up fine. The mesh back is quite thin - like the mesh on a slider door. It's fine for working at my desk but if someone handles a lot of sharp objects, or has a pet with claws you may want to drape something protective over it.There's a noticeable side-to-side swerve that first lead me to check the bolts on the lifter - they were fine.It seems to be in part the cushion with some residual motion in the frame itself. My old chair had no such movement so perhaps it feels odd.The cushion is quite comfortable and subtly draws my hips inward - a nice sensation. The main reason I got this chair is the retractable arm rests. They feel snug when down and have enough friction to stay put when up. I keep musical instruments around to get in some daily practice during "downtime" at work and flipping the arms up makes playing comfortable. My previous chair was a heavy duty, office-grade, multi-adjust that I got 25+ years ago when my company went belly-up. A great chair but the first time the cylinder failed it was a nightmare to find the weird model and a fortune for a replacement. I swore if it failed again I'd get a new chair. This lightweight car will do - for awhile - but I'll eventually relegate it to an upstairs guest room and get something with a back angle adjust.Searching for a desk chair can be a daunting process, especially when you cannot sit on the chair first. What sold me on this chair was the price and the reviews. When I opened the box and started putting it together I was very impressed. The material the base structure is made out of is solid, not cheap and flimsy. Easy to put together and I am someone who doesn't like to follow assembly instructions. Sat in it the first time and fell in love with the comfort of this chair. Was in the market for a new chair. I've had all-leather and all-mesh before; there are elements of each that I like, but neither is 100% right. This chair solved it. All the breathability of mesh, but with the tactile comfort of leather. Wheels are sturdy, and the recline lock is stable.Arm rests aren't adjustable (they just fold up), but they're at a good spot in my opinion.
