It's a good size and took about 5 minutes to put together. The chair itself has some type of memory foam support inside of it, or something similar to that and is extremely comfortable. I'm 5'5 and my boyfriend is 6'3 and both of us fit comfortably in it.A very comfortable, easy to assemble unit.Ran into a part failure with this chair less than 1 month (failing cylinder (chair randomly sinks to the lowest available setting, not related to overweight). I was contacted by customer support and they were absolutely helpful. Seller sent a new unit without hesitation! 5 star customer service makes all the difference when experiencing a product issue. Between the chair comfort and the support provided by the seller I highly recommend this product!I really like this chair. It's very good quality and very comfortable. I have chronic lower back pain (sciatica) but I can sit in this chair for hours without any issues. The lumbar support is great! The bottom seat is very firm. I am 5'6" and 162 lbs. I find the chair comfortable except where the front edge of the seat meets my lower thighs. I purchased this chair to replace a wooden chair and feel that I am still facing the pressure above the back area just above the knees, lower back thighs, right at the front of the seat where it rounds down. But my thighs are fully support and my bottom can feel the padding. Maybe in time the foam will give a little more and this will be perfect. For now, it's close. Twenty minutes max to assemble and this chair was ready to use. I also ordered a slip cover that I already put on to protect the chair from the eventual peeling all these office chairs tend to get. For those curious, I would say the closest swatch I could find without spending too much time, is SW 7026 called Griffin on fandeck page 241-C6. The casters work. They do not just roll when you bump the chair, but when you want to roll while seated, they do roll. At least on my porcelain tile floor. And the casters go over the grout lines just fine. Great chair. Comfy. But firm. Also, I would not use the arm rests to pull my complete body out of the seat. Which is what I do when I want to cross my legs while seated. I use the arm rests and cross my legs under me. This chair is rated for 250 lbs. The arm rests can handle a good amount of weight, but over usage, I feel lifting your entire body using these arm rests may end up cracking the holes for the bolts. But I can comfortably sit crossed legs due to the fact my knees extend past the shorter arm rests meaning this makes the chair feel roomy. I think if you weigh more than 250 lbs this chair is rated for, you may not feel as roomy, nor would the chair feel as well built. I will try to come back and update this after more use, as I am a daily 5-6 hrs in the chair.
