It's worth the money for a basic ergo chair. Assembly was a little wonky. Pictures are common with instructions, but nowadays video is the better. I put the knee rest in upside down the first time, haha! But it works fine.I kept finding my son curled up in the office chair. Or he'd have his feet in the chair either under him or in front of him. Basically, he was spending a good chuck of his day curled up in a ball. A person's spine is not meant to spend most of it's day shaped like the letter C. I remembered from my childhood that a friend had a kneeling chair. After a bit of searching, I found a neat one that rocked but right before buying it I noticed that it was one height fits all. Our desk doesn't have an adjustable height. I found this less pretty and non-rocking one but it has an adjustable height. The wheels are helpful on our laminate floors.I bought the one with the actuator for adjusting the height. This helps because when I use the seat, I raise it higher, which seems weird but it's more based on the length of your legs than your height. My son sits upright with a straight back.We still have the regular office chair so he can switch back and forth, but he doesn't seem to want to. It's been two weeks and he only uses this new kneeling chair. He said it's Poggers. This chair is perfect for my back issues. Very comfortable and helps me sit with correct posture.I tried another kneeling chair in this price range, but it was very flimsy feeling and not as comfortable, plus way more work to assemble. I thought that the box would be heavy with this being a metal frame, but it wasn’t any heavier than the other model made of wood. This one is superior in comfort. The seat and knee pads are far more steeply angled, which make kneeling on it really easy and comfortable. No suspicious wobbling on this one either! I’ll probably upgrade the wheels, but that’s sort of a given with anything that comes with wheels of this type. I love the pneumatic adjustment. It went together in minutes as well. I am kneeling in it right now! :) can’t wait to toss my old desk chair and kiss my back pain goodbye!luv this chair simple to assemble and so glad i got the soft cushions instead of the leather.once i got the right level for eyes and my legs.. it does give alot of relief on my horrible arthritis hips and low backI alternate with this chair and my regular computer chair during and 8 hr period as neededi would purchase again... it took about 3 days to get use to it..So, I'm going to start this by saying that I really do love this chair. It has helped with my alignment and has made working from home the most comfortable (overall) I've experienced in over two years. I will say, though, as someone who is 5'9" with fairly long legs (and apparently skinny shins), the chair was uncomfortable on my legs. I tried to look like the model in the ad, but either my butt hung off the seat or my knees protruded inches past the leg cushion. I'm not sure if my leg length (or lack of girth around the lower half of said legs) was the reason, but in the first week I developed bruises on my shins. I guess I needed to tell my shins to "suck it up, buttercup" or something because it settled down the second week. So, the only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because there are only so many adjustments allowed. Other than that (especially for folks with more "normal" measurements), I would highly recommend this chair.Struggled finding a chair that works, because slouching worth back support was such a problem. This actually helps so much! Long hours at computer was exhausting ending in back pain, or leg pain, or both. Recommend.I tried this chair and the SleekForm Ergonomic Kneeling Chair, and liked this one better. The three main reasons are 1) this chair feels more stable than the SleekForm chair. It's made of rigid metal tubes, rather than flexible laminated wood. The kneeling pad is one piece, rather than two, which adds to the feeling of stability. Second reason is the wheels on this chair. I'm used to being able to roll around my home office space, and sliding the SleekForm just wasn't going to work. The wheels are typical office chair wheels, so not terribly sturdy, but should be fine under normal usage. Thirdly, this chair is adjustable. The seat has 3 positions on the support tube, and the connecting piece between the seat pad and the lower front-to-back cross piece can screw out or in to raise the seat even more. The SleekForm is not adjustable at all. For comparison purposes, I'm 5'3" and weigh around 135 lbs. Both chairs are comfortable to sit on, and both are nicely padded. I did like the rocking aspect of the SleekForm, but that feature didn't make up for the other issues.I had some trouble assembling both chairs, and needed a 3rd hand on occasion, but got it eventually. This chair is a bit easier to assemble than the SleekForm. (For reference, I'm a 66 year old woman with a high level of comfort with hand tools and lots of experience using them.)
