First of all, I absolutely love this bag. Only reason I docked it a star is because I bought it as an underseater for work travel. I read other reviews and people said it fit under seats no problem. We flew from SNA to SEA on an A220 in the 2 seat Comfort+ configuration and it didn't fit under the seat. I'll try on my next upcoming flights which are different aircraft and see if I have better luck. :C I travel with a laptop and a lot of iPads so I was excited to be able to roll them around instead of sacrificing personal luggage room in my carry on suitcase.
