Once you get the chair together it’s OK but very difficult and took about 30 minutes. Multiple holes didn’t line up and one of the bolts pushed through the front and was pushing against the fabric so had to leave a little loose but chair is still sturdy enough for a 12 year old. Would also recommend using a ratchet with the Allen bit socket instead of the enclosed tool so you can push the bolt as you bend and twist the parts to get them to line up. Couldn't get two of the plugs to cover the blots as they are off center as could only twist the arms so much to get them to started. Would have returned if paid full price. Also either poorly packaged or UPS had a fun time with the box as the base of the chair is sticking out of the side.***Update, after having for almost a year the chair is still holding up OK but if you lean back too much the back plastic support piece will break off in the middle. The chair is very comfy and nice to look at. The wheel base is too small though. Every time you lean forward, the chair flips out from under you , and you end up on the floor.I love this chair, even though previous reviews said it was difficult to put togetherand possible parts were missing. We decided to take a chance and order it anyway. It was a perfect design and color for my office area. The chair arrived with no partsmissing and was relatively easy to put together. One hole didn't quite match up withit's counter part screw but with a little persuasion, it fit. The only directions weredone with pictures but sometimes that works better than words...JoanneThis chair is the biggest piece of garbage I've ever purchased. It's assembly has been marred by improperly drilled holes and misaligned sections. Once assembled it wobbles from side to side and I am going to return. Had I been able to give ZERO stars as a rating I would have happily done so!Look great, not made well. The back breaks if lean back to far. DangerousThe chair is cheap in construction, and was very difficult to build and uncomfortable.terrible chair. The screw holes did not align with the holds in the back rest. Terrible product.I have been trying to put this chair together for over two hours, horrible connecting pieces!!!Ordered this chair as it was the only one showing a decent delivery time during covid and needed a chair to work from home. Absolutely the worst office chair I have ever sat in. Difficult to assemble and smells really bad. Super flimsy, feel like it's going to collapse at any time. Currently I'm sitting on a hardwood dining room chair to work because it's more comfortable than this chair. I'd like to return it but don't have time to get to the post office. I wouldn't take this chair if someone paid me to use it.As mentioned in other reviews, the bolt holes do not line up so you need to kind of secure one set and then wiggle it to get the others to line up before tightening everythinf securely. The bolts at the lower back are popping through the frame and sometimes poke the person in the chair depending how they move or if they slouch. Not bad for the price. I got the purple chair and it looks good in the room. The back is too inclined towards backward, I needed to use a pillow to support my back. The armrests are too low, so it neither gives support for the arms.Is not good enough if you need to sit on it 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. The back pain is going to kill you.Arm rests are too low, not adjustable. The lower back support digs into your skin and is hard.I never should have bought thidbought 10 of these for the office. Within 2 months almost every chair had a cracked backrest and/or gas shock does not work and chair cannot be raised. The first chair to malfunction/ break belonged to the smallest (60 Kg) person in the office...
