This chair is very easy to assemble--just 6 simple steps! All hardware included. The chair backing has pretty good lumbar support, which is very important to me.My chair arrived totally undamaged. True to picture shown.The only complaint I have is the seating could have more padding, but it's no big deal. I'm just very happy it is 100% vegan material--which is hard to find in an office chair.
