This desk chair seems really nice, but might not be for me. I literally just assembled it! I got this chair to help with my neck and back pain during multiple hour sessions everyday of studying calculus. However, I am not sure this chair will meet those needs. I will be leaning over my desk to do problems and not leaning back, which is what the chair would be good for. The arm rests are too short for me, there’s about a five inch gap between my arm and the rest when typing. Also, the top of the chair does not support my neck when sitting straight. I have to be slightly slumped into the chair for the neck support to work. I am 5’8” but I feel like this shouldn’t be too tall for your average desk chair, not sure though. I’ll update after some time to see if the chair is a hit or miss.This chair is good, but not great. My chair came with instructions and was very easy to assemble. There are no instructions for the remote which is a bummer, but can be easily figured out by just cycling through everything to test it and find a setting you like. The problem I have with my chair is the the height adjustment does not work. I also do not like how it reclines. There is no resistance so if you lean back a little you are leaning all the way back to 130 degrees fast. It also makes it hard to enjoy the massage feature when sitting upright. As another reviewer commented, it is too hard to send back and honestly all things considered it is not that bad.Absolutely in love with this chair and its features!!!!! I named him Jacque Pierre’ ? Worth every Penny! Especially because I spend a minimum of 9 hours a day in this chair!!! Thank you!!!Bought chair for my husband who recently had back surgery. He is 6’4” and had some requirements/restrictions. Lift chairs were too expensive for a temporary problem. He needed chair to be tall, recline because he couldn’t sit at 90 degree angle, and he needed to elevate feet to decrease the strain on his back. This chair works perfectly and checks all of those boxes. Once he fully recovers, we now have a high quality office chair. The massage function feels good too. Haven’t tested the heat function yet, but all other qualities are amazing. Grateful to have found this gem!I didn't like how Fed X dropped the box in the middle of my driveway. However the chair was super easy to assemble and my husband loves it!It's a nice comfy chair, but the heat is minimal! Easy to assemble.Not comfortable to use and to return need to pay 90$. Just for not use customer need to pay 90$.The product is excellent, comfortable!
