I got the one with no arms. My WFH set us is this table that sits up a bit higher than most desks, where the minimum height I need my butt to be at is around 22" - 24" in above the floor, depending on how much I slouch during any point of the day.I ordered one that was in "very good" condition from Amazon Warehouse and paid around $75 including all taxes, so no complaints there. Assembly was about a 10 minute process, which I also appreciate. I have good support under my butt, and when I'm feeling particularly lazy, I can lean one arm back against the back rest. Time will be the final judge on how well the cushioning holds up, but I imagine that I could have the pad reupholstered if I really wanted. The hardwoods in the room I use as the study slightly dip to one side (it's an older home, which I know lots of you can appreciate). It's not to a point where things are falling over or unstable, but it IS to a point where when I hopped up on the chair with a little gusto, my momentum and the slight dip sent me careening into the wall. It was invigorating, but I will probably get one of those little nonslip mats to put under my desk in the future.I use a standing desk while working from home, but I wanted to find a tall chair for when I'm working on artwork and other detail-oriented projects at my workstation. This one's pretty basic. It was easy to assemble, though beware, the instructions include every version of the chair—if for example you bought the version without arms like I did, don't freak out when the directions are telling you how to install the arms that were obviously missing from your package. It's not the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in, but it gets the job done. The surface of my desk is about 45" off the floor, so even at its max height (seat at ~31"), this chair is still a tad shorter than I'd like, but a seat cushion gives me a bit of a boost (and adds comfort). It's probably not the greatest chair if you actually need to sit in it all day, but I think it'll end up working perfectly for what I need it for.I have a tall table that I use this with. I have a choice of standing or sitting on this chair as I craft. I got it and it was easy to put together - the instructions were a little hard to follow but it was easy like a puzzle.I enjoy having it and the space now really works for me. I have become a lot more productive.I needed a chair for working from home at my dining room table. The chairs in my DR are great for eating but not for sitting for 8+ hours a day working on a computer. The chair is the perfect height, adjustable and nice looking. The foot rest is great! It keeps my feet and legs feeling good through the workday. The chair was fairly easy to put together but the directions are very basic, and shared between the chair with arms and without, so that it seemed I was missing screws (I didn't really need them because I bought the no-arm chair). The adjustable arms work so much better than I was expecting and the support is great!Good chair.I have CHF and need chair in kitchen so I can do things without my legs giving out. Works good for that but I have it at minimum height and I can barely touch the floor. Also it moves easily with no one in it, but hard to move when sitting in it - needs better casters. Sturdy and well made. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.Went together easily, and more sturdy than I thought. My daughter uses it to work on the kitchen countertop island. Its tall enough and plenty adjustible too!Instructions could have been better with assembly. The arms didn’t line up with the wholes provided had to redrill holes but it is okay. Thanks
