I wish the cushion was a little less firm, but overall, it is very comfortable and whoever designed the materials deserves praise. However, whoever designed the assembly should be fired. The screws were very difficult to screw in with the blue paint falling off and jamming the hole. It felt like here was no flexibility in positioning the holes and the chair parts as I aligned them many times only to have the last screw stop half way before I had to give up and unscrew everything to start again. I had just put together a similar chair a few days prior and I did that in a quarter of the time.not bad for the priceI honestly never leave reviews, but I’m honestly frustrated at how I was mislead by the “Amazons choice” tag. I bought this chair and was very very eager to get it. I wait a week to get the thing, I set it up, yes it was easier then an Ikea setup I will give it that. I will also say the chair looks nice, but, let me just say it’s super uncomfortable. I have a cheaper chair from ikea, which turns out is more comfortable then the one I just paid more for. I even decided I’m selling the “ergonomic chair”. On top of that it says it goes back a “full 120 degrees” but it barely went back 90 degrees. I’m very disappointed and again I never leave online reviews. If you want to save your money and get a better chair, go to Target or frankly anywhere else .It took me a couple of days to get used to it, but I found it quite comfortable, until the foot broke off and made me fall over. It didn't even last 3 weeks, and I'm only 176 pounds.Edit to add: since the company neither replied to my email to them, nor this review, I ended up just using the base from the chair it replaced. I also think my record for keeping the plugs for the screw holes in place is almost two days.Very adjustable to fit your needs. Comfortable seat and very nice back. The installation was simple enough, and the headrest is nice. I researched around for a nice ergonomic chair to buy for about a week and this was the most solid option I could find, it was also very inexpensive compared to other options.Very pretty and I love the colors. It’s comfortable, but not an “ahhh” feeling. The chair definitely needs more padding than what it’s got. Love that the arms rise up to scoot into the desk.The seat and armrest need softer cushioning. Had to purchase a seat cushion for comfort. Other than these two issues I do like the chair. Hope the company will take to heart these issues that I found that didn't make this perfect.
