The instructions are easy to follow. It was quick and easy to put together, about 20 minutes. I have vinyl wood floors and the chair rolls easily. It has firm support, in the seat and the back. The arm rests move out of the way. The chair turns 360 degrees easily.They did away with the lever on the left to lock the tilt. There was a little note attached stating there was a little change in the model. Make sure you lock the rocking because my son is a big man and when he sat down, the chair leaned back with him in it and he had to grab hold of the table because he felt like it was going bottom over top backwards. That’s definitely not safe. He can’t sit at my desk in this chair without checking that the tilt mechanism is locked.I found the lever that raises and lowers the chair will prevent any tilting or will free it to rock.Now I’m little (short) so when I sit down, I’m not putting any weight against the top part of the high back. So I sit at my desk in a nicely padded chair, no tilting. When I’m idle, such as, waiting for the picture I’m scanning to appear on the computer screen, I rock in the chair, perfect for me!Also, the fabric looks like it got some water damage. There are some darker areas that look like the rain got to it before it got wrapped. The pictures other people show didn’t have darker grey streaks across it. It really doesn’t look that bad, it adds character, so I’m keeping it.EDIT: Seller has indeed reached out and offered a refund which I greatly appreciate, and informed me they told the factory of this defect. Hopefully no one else recieves a faulty product, but either way their customer service is stellar, and I still really like and recommend the chair.I will update again when the refund comes through._______________________________________Mostly writing this in hopes the seller will reach out and perhaps give some advice. The hydraulics work, when not attached to the chair, but when attached the lever seems not to reach the button and the height of the chair cannot be changed. Obviously this makes it unusable.Otherwise I really like this chair. Very comfy, the cover unzips from the back so it can be washed, and even each of the 9 paddings unzip and the filling can be changed out. Or its a hiding space, if you're that kind of person. The way it tilts back is also really satisfying, I like rocking in it.The hydraulics however do seem to be a manufacturing issue, where the metal on the level simply does not reach the lift button. Very disappointing.The armrest supports are made of plastic. Everything else is metal. You can lean back in it, or lock it in place. Very comfortable for long hours at the computer. The fabric is faux, and kind of thin with the texture of a fluffy towel. The golden yellow color just screams "happy."This chair is very comfortable and seems to be made well. I love the fold up arms and the rocking feature. I plan to use it at my sewing table. I’ve only had it a few days so time will tell how it holds up but so far I like the plushness of it and support it offers. The color however is not wine, but brown, so I took a star off for that. I would not have chosen this color as it is not the same as advertised. I was able to put it together in about 30 minutes with help and it does come with a warranty.
