Do NOT buy and assemble this chair unless you are 100 percent sure you will keep it. Chair was very different color than pictured - much more grey. Only has two locking positions, extremely straight or way too leaned back. I tried to return it and it won’t fit in the original box, because I physically cannot get the wheel base separated from the gaslift. I tried everything and contacted customer service. After much back and forth of them telling me that they will not accept the return unless it is fully dissaseemled (when I repeatedly told them myself, and two grown men, could not physically unattach the bottom wheel part from the chair) they finally told me I could send it back in two boxes. But there’s a catch! I can send it back in two boxes but they will not pay for a second shipping label. After a few messages back and forth asking them to provide a second shipping label to return the faulty chair that won’t fit in the original box, I receive a message saying I can’t return it unless it is fully disassembled. Back at square one. If I can’t disassemble this chair with the help of two young men, imagine how impossible it would be for anyone older or less mobile to return it. Stuck with a faulty uncomfortable chair because I physically am not strong enough to rip apart the wheel base from the gasket and customer service is repeatedly no help.I like the support for neck and head. i also like the color.The product was as described. been looking for a while for a new office chair, took a chance on this chair, with the couple of positive feedback reviews it had but not a lot and I am glad I did. Easy to put together, comfortable for long hours.We have similar chairs at work, but they cost $700! So glad I found this!I did a few hours of research before purchasing this chair. This chair has far exceeded my expectations, I am 6’2” 230lbs and this chair fits me like a glove. I will add my wife and son absolutely hate this chair as the design is a very odd fit it seems for someone that is shorter. That being said I couldn’t be happier the chair was for me and no one else, all the parts are metal. Very heavy and sturdy chair that seems like it will stand the test of time, extremely comfortable for me. The assembly was a breeze as well, all of the parts are very durable I would give a 10/10 on all aspects of this chair. Just please know that this design is for a taller individual, no really opportunity to make adjustments, but I have read those types of chairs are made with cheap plastic parts that break easily. Please do your research before purchasing an office chair, it seems a large selection of them are cheaply made very few are worth the money.The chair was easy to assemble. It feels very sturdy, so far. It has a firm cushion and nice leather. I am 5'9" and the arms are a little too low for me. I wish they were a little higher, but it isn't a deal breaker. It's most comfortable for me to leave the back in the unlocked position so I can sit further back in the seat. I do wish that the seat was a little wider and deeper. I am a size 16 and if I were any bigger, I would want a larger seat area. My husband is 6'4" and it's way too small for him. The seat isn't wide enough or deep enough for him to be comfortable. So, if you are over 6'2" and are a bigger person, it will be too small.
