When I first got the chair I did a full inventory, and it was missing three screws to the handles, which I wasn't planning on attaching so I wasn't too concerned. Then I noticed the paint chips and scrapes on the frame, along with white spots on the seat, which was disappointing as well. The photo directions could be cleaned up a little as well, but I was able to figure it out and it didn't take too long to assemble. My overall impression of the chair is that it wasn't too bad, but not like others I have tried in the past. My first issue is that I am 6'00" tall (average height) 230 lbs, but no matter how I adjusted the chair it was always just my shins that were resting on the pad and the lack of cushioning on the pad made them sore after kneeling in the chair for 30 minutes or more. I also wasn't able to get it adjusted to the point where my butt would be fully supported due to my height. I will say that I did noticed relief from my back and hips which is why I bought it. In the end I returned this chair because I am only trading one issue (back and hip pain) for another. If I was a little shorter and lighter, I think this chair would be acceptable.
