After 3 years of using this chair I'm finally throwing it away for something better. On average, I've sat on this chair a good 8-10 hours a day. I remember buying it because it was wide, the armrests can move out of the way, and it looked comfortable. The comfort was there at the beginning but it sure didn't last. After the 1st year the cushion was completely worn out to the point that I had to put a pillow on it. The pu leather was also degrading at a rapid paste. It got to a point I had to tape the armrest and part of the cushion to cover the mess. I must say I did push this chair further than it was made to last and I'm surprised it's still standing. I'm paying for that now with a really bad back.Do I recommend this chair? If you can't pay more for something better and you don't have to sit on it for an eternity, it'll serve its purpose.Would I buy it again? No.This chair adds to the ambience of my office suite.very comfortable, easy assembly and looks great. Fit for a King~The arms were already put together for some reason and the chair looked like it had wear on it. I expected it to be new and it was not. Someone probably returned this item and it was sold to me. The caps on both arm pieces were glued in. Other than that, I really like the chair because it holds my weight since I work from home. It is a beauty and I hope it lasts at least a few years. I put it together by myself and I am visually impaired. It easy. The cushion is very comfortable and most of all, I like to lean my head back on it when I rock in it. I roll this chair on carpet and it feels like high quality. I love that the heighth is great for short to tall people.First, be warned - delivery was two weeks beyond the latest estimated arrival date due to FedEx's COVID policies (they have less people working in each facility at the same time right now which means the package volume they are able to handle is lower, so they don't necessarily pick up all packages a seller is sending out at once). But the seller reached out to me twice about this and issued me a small token refund by way of apology for the delay which wasn't even their fault so it was appreciated. Their communication is excellent which is why I gave 4 stars instead of the 3 stars I really wanted to give.As to the chair itself (I'm sitting in it now), it doesn't recline AT ALL as advertised and the seat really isn't very cushioned, but the back is very comfortable, overall it feels sturdy, and I'm hopeful it will last a while. I'm working from home now due to COVID so being comfortable for 8+ hours per day while I'm sitting in front of the computer is important. This is only day one, however, since it was just assembled last night, so I'll come back and update my review if I have issues with it or need to replace it too soon.*A word of advice though, replace the wheels if your office is carpeted, you don't want to ruin the carpet, and don't have or want to use a desk mat. I bought these and am thrilled with them: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G643EU6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Regarding assembly, a friend put it together (with a teensy bit of help from me) and it took him about 30 minutes or so, but it was pretty straightforward. Just don't completely tighten the screws as you go - wait till you have them all in on one side before a final tightening as it can be a bit challenging to get the holes to line up. That's where my help came in - I just needed to apply some extra pressure from one end while he was applying pressure from the other direction, lining up the holes, and screwing on the arms (which is what holds the chair together).I've never purchased something like this online before and for close to $200 quite honestly I was expecting something a little more comfortable, so when this chair needs to be replaced I will probably just go to Staples (or some such place), sit in some chairs, and buy the one I want there. A friend has a home office and I love his chair (which is several years old). It reclines and is so comfortable he's fallen asleep in it many times when working late. I had the same sort of vision for this chair but that's not going to happen. Still, it's semi-comfortable and sturdy for now. We'll see what the future holds.First, great product. The chair is as advertised and we are completely satisfied with it. It was very easy to put together.More importantly, the seller was absolutely terrific. FedEx sent a confirmation that the chair had been delivered. However, we had no product, it was not delivered to our neighbors, and our Ring video had no evidence of them ever delivering anything to us.The seller provided us with the information to open a case with FedEx. FedEx gave us the runaround and claimed that their investigation showed it had been delivered. The seller emailed us every day to check on how things were progressing with FedEx and assured us that if there was no result with them in 48 hours that they would replace the chair. When we let the seller know that FedEx was not going to provide any further assistance, the seller immediately sent a new chair which was delivered promptly.Could not be more happy with the seller and we will definitely purchase from them again in the future!I bought this chair because it claimed to be able to handle heavier people. I am about 260lb. The limit says 350lbFor about 8 months, this was an amazingly comfortable chair. After that time, I noticed it was starting to lean to the right a bit. Now, I know this was because when relaxing in the chair, I leaned on the right arm.So now cut to 13 months after purchase. When you sit in the chair now it leans to the right about 6-7 inches as soon as you sit in it. Complete uncomfortable to sit in and it constantly feels like it's going to break.I imagine that for a smaller person, this is a really great chair, and maybe it would be okay for a person my size if you don't lean to right every time you sit in it.Note, had to change the wheels on this chair because the in box wheels did not work for tile floor.Great while it lasted.
