UPDATE:So as of today, I was contacted by the company apologizing for the issues I've had with the chair. They told me they would be happy to issue a refund, or send me a replacement chair. Their only request was that I change the review to 5 stars. So at this time, as long as the refund is issued I will leave the review at 5 stars. If they do not issue my refund, I will update this review once again and it will go back down to one star.So I've had this chair for right around 2 years now. Yes it is cheaper and you can't expect the best out of it. Within the first 6 months the pu leather started cracking which I already expected. A few months later the hydraulic went out and I had to replace it. Then tonight just past my 2 1/2 year mark of having it. The support frame decided to crack almost completely in half breaking at the tension knob so now the chair wobbles and acts like it is going to sling you out of the chair. That is until it finally snaps the rest of the way off and the whole chair breaks off. weight limit for the chair is 250, I weigh 205. I didn't expect a lifetime with this chair but 2 years is very disappointing. Won't be buying another one of these.Chair is very comfortable especially fo some one how is spending most of his time in a desk job. easy to assemble I did it in 10 minutes before work ? I love the velvet material gives it luxuries feeling with the modern look.Easy delivery and fast service great comfort and easy to put togetherHello!I hope whomever you are reading this, you are well.If you are looking into comfortable office chairs and comparing to try to help your buttocks feel better and your back, I don't suggest this one at all. I've been dealing with customer service for about a month and a half now/two months and nothing has come of it. I finally mentioned the "one year warranty if anything at all is not satisfactory" as my chair broke/wasn't working/defected (hopefully, or it was just actually built poorly and it was poor quality) after all that and they suddenly stopped communicating with me. I had the chair about three weeks and I was trying to fix it myself as it looked simple, but nothing worked. I mentioned this to them--the "warranty" and that I tried to fix it already. They offered me a "refund" for $ 15 to buy a new gas cylinder and sent me a video link of how to fix the cylinder. I don't have the time nor the tools to wait for the cylinder to get to me, fix it, and the chair wasn't comfortable enough in the first place TO put this much effort into it.Please, just save yourself the time and money and don't add this chair to your list of possibilities. It isn't worth it. I promise you. :( Good luck if you do!Looks nice but not enough support for work chair. Might be ok if you are using here and there at home, but not for remote workers. I just had to purchase additional cushions for seat and lumbar support due to pain at the end of my workdays. I’m disappointed.The product came sooner than the expected date. Opened the box up and the chair fabric is very glossy. The perceived parts online that look to be chrome or of a metal are just cheap plastic. Those cheap plastic support pieces are holding the back up. So, im a bit nerous about the longevity of the chair. The casters are also super cheap and i swapped them out with premium ones which makes the chair sit a bit higher but thats ok.Assembly was pretty simple. No complaints there. They included some white spandex/ cotton gloves as well.. although if you have large hands they most likely won't fit you.The caps they sent are black and don't match the plastic chrome piece or the brown glossy fabric which is disappointing.Although not made for a short person, the chair is attractive and comfortable. If only I didn't need to sit toward the edge of the seat with a pillow behind me so that my feet could touch the floor.Quality chair. The seat is on the firm side and the back is more cushioned. I like firm chair my self. I do feel the Ergonomic support . Over all I would it a 8.5 -9 for quality and comfort. Customer service was superb. They contact me initially to check on me and gave me continuous support. 10 for 10. Thankyou!!!
