I like the style and concept of this desk but I did have some issues when putting it together. The seller kindly reached out to me after I complained about a couple problems I experienced when receiving and building my desk. I expressed my issues, they were very eager to listen and understand them so they can correct their shortcomings. They offered to send out my missing tools and fix my problems. Although my experience with this desk was not as expected, I am very satisfied with how they took care of my issues. I expect future buyers to have a better experience after they assess the problems I had. The excellent customer service definitely made me have a better overall experience despite my initial reaction.The box was damaged as well as parts of the desk. The desk top was scratched and chipped. There was barely any protective packing inside the box to protect the desktop from the metal legs. I purchased this for temporary use. You get what you pay for!!
