This is a nice looking chair but a bit of shoddy workmanship. The same chair in different colors is a different price. This doesn't make much sense. For instance, the black chair is half the price of the orange chair. Some of the screws could not go in all the way. I thought I might have put the seat in backwards since it tilts forward with the back of the seat slightly higher than the front. This might be a good idea for posture but takes some getting used to. Perhaps some description of the seat placement would be helpful to have in advance. There are also two extra holes at the bottom of the seat and no reason for them. Actually, this is an update: I DID INSTALL THE BASE BACKWARDS. It's been fixed now and the chair is really comfortable. Customer service has been right on too! They are sending new screws.
