Great product. Niece uses it for her laptop and books at college so she doesn’t break her back with a backpack. Makes walking campus easier. Holds a lot. Wheels are sturdy and smooth rolling. Hey it’s a Samsonite! What you should expect! Finally found a laptop case with 4 wheels I can use for work. Not luggage. I only wanted it for work. Has computer padded section on this inside with section for folders. I like the extra pockets for cords, books, supplies, etc.Minor issues - it tips pretty easy when its open (with/without stuff in it) but that was not a deal breaker for me. The other minor issue is that it does not roll as easy as a regular wheeled suitcase does - maybe because its a little heavier that a suitcase. I still like it and will continue to use it. I have a bad back and knees and cannot carry a back pack with my laptop into work every day.I know there are a lot of complaints about the bag falling over when you open it, but if you set it a certain way you can avois that. It held a decent amount of stuff ( hauling stuff back and forth to class) . It can also double as a carry-on bag as well. Love thr four wheels, but not the happiest with thr handle...it does fill a little flimsy. All in all I like the bag, and I got it for 80 so that is a plus...can't believe how much the price went up!I bought this for my wife over 2 years ago.Seriously, do you remember the old Samsonite commercials with the gorilla throwing one of their bags around it's cage? Amateur. He should hang his head in shame. A puny gorilla has nothing on a good Realtor! This thing has been through the ringer, has been across the country and back and across again, dragged down cobblestone streets, dirt roads, drenched, dropped, dragged and kicked but not yet shot or set on fire. I don't think anyway.Oddly, the *only* issue I had with it seems to have gone away as it's been broken in. And that is that when first folded closed the side cloth would tend to stick out as you zipped it shut, and the zipper would snag on it. As the cloth has gotten softer over time it's no longer an issue. It folds inside well and closes quickly and easily. That aside, it rolls like crazy. My Wife uses it to carry her laptop, tons of papers and AC adapter. It also usually has pens, cards, phone chargers and her flip or digital camera to mention a few things at any given time. Things literally get lost in it for weeks as it's so roomy. Every day I throw it in the back of her car, and almost every day pull it back out. It goes on and on.Pros:- incredibly roomy- well divided- will hold large files- Velcro straps to secure laptop- lots of little pockets and organizers- easy to get to exterior sections- handsome - but not "attractive" if you know what I mean- perfect for air travelCons- side flaps stiff and get caught in zipper (see above) at first- could be too large for some folks- industrial appearanceIf you're looking for a workhorse bag that goes for years and *still looks good* after going through the grinder, I give this my highest recommendation. There's not too many things out there that work like this. 5 stars no problem.I've turned into one of those people who find it essential to have a briefcase on wheels. I have a bum shoulder and can no longer handle carrying all of my work/laptop or even an overnight bag. Since I travel frequently, I decided to invest in yet another briefcase. This one has great wheels and lots of compartments. I'm in the technology sector and sometimes have too many gadgets - e.g., not unusual for me to have 2 laptops and an iPad (yep, I'm a nerd). Even when I pare down, I'm carrying two iPads (work & personal) and two smartphones (ditto) - I say again, I'm a nerd... so the wheels have become an essential. On overnighters, it makes sense to use a smaller bag than a standard rollaboard and I've been able to cram in clothes/toiletries and even a spare pair of shoes into this briefcase. My only beefs with this bag are 1) the folders make it difficult to use as an overnight bag. One folder for paperwork would have been sufficient as I would have paper folders for more paper and... who carries that much paper these days? 2) the telescoping handle seems a bit wobbly & flimsy, which really surprised me. It hasn't let me down yet, though, and Samsonite has an excellent warranty so I'm trusting it's not going to be a problem. I deducted one star for these two items. Aside from that, well worth the price.I am an attorney with (surprise) lower back problems from carrying heavy litigation bags all the time. I got this bag on the advice of my physical therapist. The wheels are great, and it is true that it makes a big difference to have all the weight on the ground, rather than dragging a 2 wheeled bag behind you. However, this bag seems to me to be release 1.0, and needs some bug fixes. First, no outside pocket. Where do my coffee and water go??? Not even a pen easy to get to? Second, and a bigger issue, is you can't pull anything in the main compartment out, without laying the bag down and unzipping it all the way open. The laptop slot (nicely padded) is in the front, so when you unzip, the bag does tip over forwards immediately -- bashing you in the head with the handle unless you are paying attention. Twenty minutes work with a lawyer and Samsonite would have immediately seen these problems. Finally, when this bag is full of papers and computers and is heavy, the handles twist as you move the bag, leaving me questioning how long they are going to last. They do adjust marvelously for different heights, but they twist quite a bit, feeling weak. So.... lots of heavy stuff, and I'm not sure..... But outside of the handles, this is a bag built to last and feels weather proof (I live in wet Seattle) and durable. So.... some good some bad. I didn't see anything much better out there.EXCELENTE PRODUCTO, LLEGA COMO LO INDICAN EN LA FOTO ,NINGUN DETALLE TODO ME LLEGO AL 100, AL IGUAL QUE ME LLEGO DÍAS ANTES DE LO ACORDADO.LA HE USADO EN BASTANTES VIAJES, AYUDA MUCHO PARA LO VIAJES DE PISA Y CORRE ,Y SIGUE EN PERFECTAS CONDICIONES.AL IGUAL QUE PROTEGE BASTANTE MIS EQUIPOS ELECTRONICOS."RECOMIENDO BASTANTE ESTE PRODUCTO, VALE LA PENA"
