Shipping was prompt (it arrived early!) and the chair did not take too long to assemble. Some of the screw holes took some finagling to line up without stripping a screw, but once assembled, it seems sturdy! It has a wide, comfortable seat (good for those of us with wide hips) and reclines nicely. The adjustable lumbar support sits well, and the arm rests are at an adequate height. So far, I really like this chair!this poor quality,not well as picture,
