Hi absolutely love my new chair !! I had one that was a little lower and caused but my back was always hurting me terribly. But this chair it has the massage and the heat in it nice and firm for my back it just sits better on the other chair I had my back didn’t reach the back of it when I was doing press on nails that’s what I do I use it in my press on nail business or online. My Malcolm massage chair I can sit in it in the back is right there early can you set up straight and I feel the comfort you don’t go wrong in purchasing this chair ???The material and quality of this chair is exceptional. Only thing that bother me is the chair is not comfortable on my back when the massager is off. You can feel that hard plastic is poking on your back through cushion.The aesthetics of this chair are great. It is a massage chair but the buttons do not change the settings. The settings are all the same. I could have dealt with that if they were slow. The kneading rollers are super fast and when the settings are changed it is still the same. There is no change! The chair I received heights could not be changed either.I will also never buy from this company again. This is a specific purchase on line for an office chair.. I cannot go to a store near me and try it out (or I wouldn't have bought it). I had to hope the chair would work right. I use Amazon due to the shipping and easy return policies. (I actually rarely make returns but when I do I have been impressed with Amazons policies) Again, buyer beware you pay the shipping cost and according to their policy' "We will check the package after receiving it and arrange a refund for you.Warmly : Due to non-commodity returns, we will charge a portion of the fee. (Because we need to re-inspect the item and pack it again. So we need to charge a partial fee)". I will update with cost of shipping and what they "decided" to refund me for a chair that did not work!Just don't buy due to their return policy and lack of customer care in this.Unpacked and inspected all items included and after ensuring nothing was left in the box, folded and tossed it. There were no instructions included but "expert assembly" could be purchased at approx. $50.00 more. I looked at each piece to see if there were ANY indication of which screw to use but nothing. (yes, I checked both sides) I'm quite sure that this is easy to put together but it would be nice to know which screws go to which piece. I searched the internet to find instructions but again, nothing. Instructions are a very simple yet important piece of this product and the fact that they were not included is highly disappointing.There isn't enough padding in the back of the chair, even when it's not running, the padding seems to be obsolete. If I had the opportunity I'd return the chair for a complete refund. When the chair is plugged in the cord wraps around the base and gets tangled up with the base after which the base strips the remote control.Seems to be put together well but it is uncomfortable as hell. Does not recline and truly sucks. Edit: it gets worse. Now I have to pay to ship this junk back to them. Do not buy this garbage.Getting older is no fun! I have a bad back that likes to go out periodically and I can't walk for a couple days. I work at a desk/computer all day; so I wanted a comfortable office chair. This fits the bill. Not only is it comfortable, it has a back massager that is really awesome. When I have it on, it really shakes the whole chair! I love the heat option too. The seat also vibrates; not just the back. I love how easily the chair leans back. The only "complaints" that I have are that the cord to the massager always gets tangled up in the chair legs, so when it is plugged up, you can't move the chair too much. Also, I don't see much difference in the massage settings. They all seem to do the same thing. Even so, I love my chair and I would recommend it to anyone.After reading the reviews, I didn't have any expectations, I just needed something for work that this has with the leg rest, massage, and heat. Would be nice to have it lower more since I can't touch the floor. No instructions for putting the chair together or how to use it was included. The description says adjustable arms, but no idea how this is possible. Description also states several modes, but the 4 modes that show, all do the same thing and are not different. If there are instructions to program these modes, it didn't come with the chair. Seat is hard a a rock in the butt area and has the massager under the leg part of the seat. The part of the back that has the rollers has a cover but they didn't make it thick for comfort and it has velcro to hold it up off of the seat, which is very confusing. You get what you pay for, especially in this case.
