I wish this rating system has half stars, because it truly deserves a 4.5. I wish that the pockets could expand upon unzipping to make it easier to hold and pull information. The leather looking material is very nice. It rolls great, and the handle is actually long enough for my arms! I am 5'1 with a 33" arm length, so this is very helpful in knowing that it isn't too short. It's a little heavy due to the material and wheeling system, but rolling is a breeze. I'm very thankful I chose this one.My much loved and much used first Samsonite rolling briefcase (purchased in 2016) was looking a little weathered and worn and the wheels were starting to stick. After some amount of hunting, I was delighted to find this updated version of my first briefcase - and I'm even happier now that it's arrived. It has the same basic dimensions and compartments, but it seems a bit lighter. I can easily fit a tablet, laptop, and a few lined pads or files, pens, etc. inside. If you have more, you can always balance a second bag on top of the briefcase itself, using the extended handle to support the extra bag. In fact, I recently went to a meeting and managed to transport a pad of standard newsprint, along with a second bag of markers and post-its, all balanced on top of the briefcase. And I was able to roll the whole thing to a meeting about a tenth of a mile away without carrying anything in my other hand. It's hard to find something with these dimensions - study and spacious enough to hold essentials without being a hefty suitcase. I've been on many flights with my first briefcase (again, same dimensions), and I've always been able to fit it under the seat in front. The only problem I ever had was when the toggle clasp on my first briefcase broke after a few years, just before a business trip by plane - I ended up using a belt around the whole briefcase to make sure the front pocket didn't open en route. It actually looked cool and made me feel extra secure about jostling the whole thing (I only used the belt when flying, to be clear). I highly recommend this "mobile office." It's a great product and makes my life a whole lot easier.Looks Good!I use this briefcase on wheels for work since I take home files and laptop to work on. I’m not supposed to lift over anything 10lbs so this has helped tremendously. Very durable, stylish (love the purple lining, nice touch) and lightweight.I’ve received several compliments and others who plan on purchasing one. I am giving one as a gift for my niece who started a new job!I do home visits for my job and need to take a lot of papers and extras and I use this carrier 5 days a week to carry my work stuff and lunch and toss my purse on top. No issues about durability and I barely noticed scratches on the bottom today after the years of wear.I love this bag. I travel frequently and lugging the computer backpack was starting to damage my back. I saw this, bought it and I love it! My only wish is that the handles were a tad shorter, as they drag very slightly when rolling. Not a big issue, as this bag is 100% worth buying.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bag vs. the price. This bag is just the right size for a laptop, files, notebook, wallet, laptop cord, and miscellaneous health and beauty items. There are other old reviews about the handles and they must have fixed the issue. When pulling the arm up, you can pull it through the handle so the handle doesn't drag. Or, you can use the snap to snap them together to keep from dragging. The snap is attached to one of the handles and doesn't come off, so you wouldn't lose it. The wheels are smooth and quiet. The reason I gave it four stars is because sometimes the handle doesn't go up and down super smoothly. You have to pull or push a little to get it up or down. Even though the bag is not leather, it feels like it. It's not stiff and has a nice soft feel to it. It could be easily wiped down in the rain. The bag also looks nice for a ladies a bag. It's not overly bulky or manly looking like so many of them are.Just perfect and has really gotten me out of a jam through lockdown whilst I have beer desk hopping at work. Am really happy with it!It arrived in perfect condition as describedI was so excited when I ordered this bag, was looking forward to a beautiful and professional bag. When I got it the snap that holds the handles together was frayed and the rear pocket is so small you can barely fit a 1" binder with anything else. the front pocket is worse, I have a tiny wallet and once I put that in or any notebook I can't close the flap! I am deeply saddened by this. I would really like a refund this is not usable.I bought this item to carry my computer and lunch. It looks nice and the wheels seem to roll well. But while the exterior seems a good size (size of a small carryon) interior wise it fits my paper thin computer well but the cable and headphones seem crammed in and the back compartment clearly cannot fit anything more than 1-1.5 inches in thickness. So a muffin would be a pancake by the time I ate it. It would not fit clothing either if you wanted it for travel. It also showed up with some obvious mis-sewn threads. I’m going to have to return it unfortunately. Only buy this if you want to carry a thin laptop and some papers. It’s no good for anything else.I wanted this bag for so long and then found a warehouse deal and am so happy I got it! It is perfect for daily use or as a carryon for my laptop (even fits perfectly under the seat). I also fit quite a few other items inside although I dont think I could use it for an overnight stay with an extra set of clothes long with toiletries etc. Handle extends easily, wheels are smooth. Overall I am extremely happy I finally got this bag!!
