I purchased three units. The lack of assembly instructions was disappointing at first but I figured it out. What was extremely disappointing was the quality particularly of the second unit. The shelves were so warped it took two of us to align for the bolts. One brace was so poorly soldered that the torque of the poorly aligned shelf actually pulled it off the end piece. I haven’t assembled the third unit yet. There are also paint defects. I expect better quality for the price.The cart is heavy duty and mobile. Assembly is challenging due to warping of metal in places and placement of nuts. Ideally, if everything aligned, the nuts could be finger tightened, only requiring Alan wrench for final turn. It took several turns with the wrench, removing and reinserting the wrench multiple times for each of 18 nuts. Also, some paint was chipped and flaking off--probably shipping damage.While I really like this product, and it is sturdy and was great value for the money, there were several dents that were difficult to straighten out.This product is obviously heavy and it was NOT packaged properly for the weight. The boxes were very beat up and open along seams. Our Maintenance men who had to assemble the carts had a lot of "fixing" to do. A lot of bent parts to straighten out. It should have been sent back, but knowing what a pain that would be to try to do due to the size and weight and knowing we would most likely get new product in the same shape, we decided to "deal" with it. There were also NO instructions, which make the assembly take longer than it should have.Works well for what we needed it for. It took a lot longer to get here. But worth it in the end.This product is sturdy and rolls quietly and smoothly.HORRIBLE! Like other reviews said, it's missing instructions, missing screws, has bent/damaged pieces, and damaged box. Wish I would have opened the box in time to return it. WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOT BUY THIS!Thin metal that bolts together so loosely that there is no lateral stability, which makes it nearly impossible to roll while loaded even on hardwood floors or low-pile office carpet.
