Back in 2020 when I bought it I was almost 300 lbs and it was still comfortable and moved well. I'm nearly 100 lbs less now and it's still working great, still very comfortable with great lumbar support (I have chronic pain on lower right side of my back so this is important that the chair not feel like sitting in a church pew), and it moves on our carpeted space well and does not take up a lot of space. I can't find it in the specs but I believe I gave this a chance over other chairs because at the time it was rated to support up to 300 lbs (treadmills and office chairs you have to pay attention, they aren't all designed for heavier people!)... but I can't see that wording in the listing now so I don't know if they changed it or what, but they definitely deserve a higher overall rating than they have because it's a good quality functional home office chair.
