Happy with this purchase. Easy to assemble alone. Stylish design and the seat is wide which is what I was looking for. The cushion is firm and the back rest is comfy with the stretchy mesh material. The design feature plus is the armrest. Cushioned and it can flip up to save room. ? I was not able to register for the one year warranty. The website on the information card that came in the box is not working.It’s ok and the built in lumbar is certainly better than nothing. If I’m sure to back my behind all the way against the back, the lumbar does help. The seat is wide and deep enough but it is pretty hard. Not much padding, so I often use a pillow to sit on. Also use an additional lumber pillow depending on how it feels at the time. I do like that the arms can be raised out of the way. The height adjustment works fine but does not lift me as high as my old chair. My old chair had the greater height but stationary arms so they bumped into the desk. I bought this one because it had arms that move but as it turns out, the chair does not go high enough for the arms to hit the desk anyway.Good chair. Like the rocking feature, the seat is cushioned enough, and like that the arms fold up so you can push your chair in at end of the day to save space. The problems with the chair are that the arm rests don’t adjust height and I find that this always disadvantages women. I’m 5’7 so taller than average and the arm rests are too high still. So can cramp you neck since the arm and neck can’t relax while working. The other minor problem is the seat is still kind of high on the lowest setting. It would be better if it could go another inch or two lower.I just got rid of a very expensive herman miller type chair with a lot of adjustments, and replaced it with this. A small fraction of the costs and slight improvement. No chair is going to solve my back problems, but this chair is very simple and well designed. It does just fine for my back - as good as it probably gets. The seat has decent padding, but I had a cushion anyway. I really needed a chair that the arms went up like this. The color choices are good.Like many Americans, I suddenly found myself working full time from my kitchen table when the pandemic hit.So I needed a new chair -- fast. I chose this one from the internet because it was rated highly, and I am not disappointed. It's comfortable. The seat's ability to swerve is a blessing for the space I have it in. Alsothe arm rests ability to move up and down has proved useful.Warning: I did have to pay my apartment's handyman to put it together. He said it took about an hour.This chair was less expensive than other comparable chairs so I was a bit skeptical about the possible quality. But I liked the style, especially the flip arm, and was encouraged by overwhelmingly good reviews from many buyers, and there was a hype about a more expensive model from the same company mainly from PC community, so I ordered.As soon as I open the package, my fear became a reality. Plastic parts are mainly 3D printed, the mesh back is loose, and the seat is of very low quality. The whole thing screamed 'cheap, cheap, cheap'But I still wanted to believe in the product, and assembled. The result was just as bad as the first impression if not worse. The seat was very uncomfortable, it creaked and felt like it would soon fall out. Couldn't use it for more than a few hours even if I wanted to. It was a lot worse than the ones from the office supply shops, which says a lot.Returning the product was very hard as disassembling was a pain the neck. I am happy for the people who are satisfied with this chair, but if you are considering this chair, please give some thoughts before pulling the trigger, as I really don't want anyone to go through what I had to.I like this chair, and I’m really picky about desk chairs. The seat cushion is soft-firm and very supportive. You don’t sink to the bottom like you do in cheap chairs. It keeps you sitting upright (not much lean if at all). Having the armrests flip up is a huge plus. If you like white, this look will blend in nicely as all of the non-fabric parts are white. The grey fabric has a little texture and is classy.Super easy to assemble. Looks great! Feels solid. Hope I don’t eat my words.
