As most of you probably know, this chair is(was?) either in the realm of "cheapest high end" or "expensive low end." If you're interested in buying this chair then you surely want a good quality chair without paying hundreds. My verdict after over half a year is that it's worth the high rating, was/is totally worth the money. My comments...1) I've been gentle on this chair, so I can't say honestly that I've put it through hearty paces ala plopping down hard into it, leaning waaay back in it, playing with a dog in it, etc. Still, I've used it pretty much every day this whole time, sometimes for 14 hours straight, many times rolling it between two different desks; it's the ONLY used-for-sitting chair in my place and I'm as happy now as I was the night I put it together, which is VERY.2) It's very comfortable (to me).3) Note FWIW that this chair is decently wide, which for some people might be a good plus. (I'm indifferent to that, for me it's fine being this wide, my elbows rest nicely on the armrests)4) Putting it together took me about a half hour, maybe a little under, but was very easy. There are enough pieces that you can expect putting it together NOT to be done in just 10-15 mins., but building it was fine. The instructions are clear, pieces nicely organized, etc. Just maybe plan on listening to a podcast or something when assembling, doesn't require much concentration, is a nice and stress-free build. I give the ease of building an A.5) Cons? I don't have any, especially not at this price point (for me it was Prime Day sale at $110). A slight design thing is that the armrests are a smidge easy to readjust when I don't mean to (like if I'm putting a lot of grip weight on them while getting up sometimes), but that's still hard to do, isn't remotely something I would knock any portion of a star off for. Just if the makers do a new version and want feedback on a change, maybe make the notches/bumps for adjusting the armrests like 15% more pronounced? Again though, that's not a con. Zero cons from me for this chair.Extra note:My old office chair I'd been using before this one had bad CREAKING; whenever I leaned back or similar, CCCRREEEEAAAAK, it was driving me crazy and was the biggest reason I wanted to replace that chair. This product was NOT advertised as being quiet/silent, just one user review said it was, so even if it did creak a bit it wouldn't be fair to ding it. HOWEVER, that turned out to be moot as this chair is very quiet! I'm not saying it's never creaked, it has, but I would definitely say that I'm very happy on that front and that was my MAIN front. So I give the quietness aspect an A even though the company never even advertised/promoted their chair as being quiet.In the end I have all positives and no negatives...but again I've been relatively gentle with it. But after seven months the chair is still like new to me, is still very quiet even though that's not even advertised as something it offers, the chair does NOT remotely feel like I made some sacrifice by not spending $400. Especially for this price range I give it an A! (Note that I wasn't paid or give some little refund or anything for offering all of the above, everything here is honest, honest :) )
