Chair went together easily and I did not have the screw hole issue others have talked about. I guess the company has fixed the issues. The chair is generally comfortable and supportive. The chrome plastic arm covers had some minor scratches from the factory. I really don't have the rocking from side to side that others have talked about. The spacing on the arms is pretty wide apart but not so much that I can't use them. I'm 6' 1". I will agree with other reviewers, the wheels are terrible. I ordered new polyurethane ball bearing wheels right away. All in all a nice attractive chair.This is a good office chair with many desirable features (see below), but I encountered an assembly problem that may affect other buyers as well. During assembly, the mounting holes in the tilting base plate did not line up with the receiving holes on the underside of the chair seat; couldn't mount the chair seat on the wheeled pedestal so the chair was unusable. After two emails to the company, each taking a one day turnaround and the second requiring that I send pictures to illustrate that the holes did indeed not line up, the company said to look for hidden holes under the fabric on the underside of the seat cushion. There were four additional, unseen holes allowing two ways to mount the plate; I chose the one that moved the center of gravity more forward when leaning back. Simple solution to a problem that should not have come up and should not have taken so much time and effort to resolve.These are the exceptional features of the chair: (1) the seat cushion has foam and inner springs that make it thicker and more comfortable than comparable chairs, (2) the adjustable lumbar support and head rest allow customization to individual users, (3) the tilting mechanism has a locking feature that allows locking the chair back in the full upright, full tilt back, or any position in between.These are the potential drawbacks of the chair: (1) Perhaps because of the thicker seat cushion, this chair sits me higher than my previous chairs of similar design; at its lowest level, my feet just touch the floor and my legs just clear the underside of my center desk drawer, (2) I am 5'10" and could use another inch or two in the height of the chair back; a taller person will feel the bottom of the headrest across the top of their shoulders or base of their neck, (3) the wheels are the standard, inexpensive dual plastic wheels but these do not roll as well as other chairs I have had; I will likely replace them but will need to be sure they do not raise the height of the chair, (4) the arm rest design allows the chair to move under the desk with the arms down and chair level raised but perhaps because of the thicker seat cushion the arm rests are lower for me than my previous chair of similar design; this actually better fits the arm level when using my mouse pad but the arm rest won't go over the desk top unless the chair is raised; level adjustable arm rests would be a desirable feature of any chair.Update to above: I sent feedback on the assembly issue to the company with regard to the quality control of manufacturing and the extended response time on what should be a simple solution. They responded with an apology and issued a $20 plus tax refund. I have used the chair for one week now and found it more than satisfactory. I did replace the wheels with 2" ball bearing polyurethane wheels and it rolls much better.You will have to think about an adding extra seat cushion and and if you are using the recline going to far can make an discouraging pop like noise now and then.I really like the chair and it was pretty comfortable to sit in all day. However, there was a few defects. The wheels would stick and it had a slight lean to one side. The seller was very easy to work with and I was able to return the chair for a refund, but overall the chair is a good value for the money.The chair is ok. But the wheels suck. Differently made for wide people not especially tall people through.I got this chair since I have severe back pain and I need something for lumbar support. The leather is soft and it’s comfortable and the seat is super comfy. Easy to assemble and came with user manual. Also it does comes with a head support as well which I thought was a plus.Very easy to assemble, although once assembled the chair seems to want to lean to one side very frustrating at times. The chair material and looks are very pleasing.Excellent quality. It looks good and feels very comfortable.
