My mom loves this chair for her Mary Kay at home office! The pink is the perfect shade and looks exactly like the picture. A pillow might be nice lumbar support if you need that but otherwise, no complaints whatsoever!I got the dark green one with silver base, came in less than 3 days, easy to put together, looks to be good quality, the bottom cushion is nice and firm, like a hard memory foam, added a pillow for my back and it is great, i can sit cross legged (Im a 5' girl) and it seems comfy!I wanted to like this chair so badly but after a few days of sitting in it, I could no longer operate the lever to raise and lower the chair. When I got up, the chair automatically rose and when I sat down, it automatically went all the way down. The hydraulics are no longer working and I cannot adjust the height of the chair anymore. I’ll need to go back to working in one of the dining room chairs until I find a replacement. I received my chair on January 6, put it together on the 8th. However, I officially began working in it January, 10. I’m writing my review on the 13th.I can also already see changes in the cushion if you look at the photos carefully so I’m not sure how long it will remain that way until it sinks all the way in.The only complaint I have is its very hard to sit on so I bought a memory foam cushion to put on it. I love the chair and it matches everything in my office.It's soft and very pretty. It rolls pretty well. And it was easy to put together. The only problem has less to do with the chair itself and more to do with this style of chair in general: it has no lumbar support at all. After a day in this chair, my lower back ached. So, if you're buying it for style, know that you're going to need a back pillow to make this chair work.Very cute looks just like the picture, She’s a little stiff but not uncomfortable, I’ve had her for less then a week and a staple feel out.Very easy to assemble the chair it's soft and comfortableI love this chair!
