So I have had this chair for almost a year now and I use it often (especially since the pandemic and being stuck working from home). I have to say it is comfortable and supports my lumbar pretty well. Of course, if I sit ALL DAY (6-8 hours) it isn't so comfortable but that's any seat I think. It also looks great. I do wish the wheels it came with were also "gold" plated though. A minor detail but would have completed the gold throughout. my ONE complaint with this is the arms. They are constantly a little wobbly and I have to tighten them everyday. No exaggeration. It's not a huge problem because its very easy to tighten them but..... may bother others since its everyday and a little noisy if you don't tighten them..... All in all I like this and would buy again. Oh and easy to assemble too :D
